1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GM LazyTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Free trial

New accounts may start with a 21-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using paid features; otherwise access to those features may be limited.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade from your billing settings; plan changes are prorated where applicable.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Annual plans are discounted in exchange for the annual commitment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any law or regulation;
• Upload data you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to access another organization's data;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service;
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

6. Your data & content

You retain all rights to the data and reports you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service for your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The GM LazyTech platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Wealth Hospitality Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Insights, benchmarks, and forecasts are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional financial advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Hospitality Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
