• Account information — name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register, or your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google.
• Organization & property data — the hotels, night-audit reports, and performance figures you or your team add to the platform.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store a customer and subscription reference, not your full card details.
• Usage & technical data — log data, device and browser information, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the GM LazyTech platform;
• Parse, analyze, and benchmark the reports you upload;
• Generate AI summaries and forecasts from your own data;
• Process subscriptions and send service-related email;
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. AI processing

To generate insights and summaries, relevant figures from your reports may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic). This data is used only to produce results for your account and is not used to train third-party models.

4. Data isolation & sharing

Every organization's data is logically isolated. Properties, reports, and team members are scoped to your account and are never pooled with or exposed to other customers. We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (hosting, database, file storage, email, payments, and AI processing), and only as required by law.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers. Files are kept in encrypted object storage, passwords are hashed, and access is restricted. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; certain records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service, plus limited analytics to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
